  1. Start by filling in the daily energy/emotion log honestly. Recognizing how you feel as you start the day can help you with creating realistic daily routines.
  2. Next you’ll take care of goal setting for the day. Complete the #1 priority for the day. Having a solitary goal for the day ensures you feel accomplished without over-extending yourself.
  3. Now, create your to-do list for the day! Make sure to list how much time each task should take and determine whether this task will be done today or pushed to a different day.
  4. With this list of tasks and main priority, you can fill your daily schedule using the time block section of the template. 
  5. Throughout the day you can use the brain dump section to list any tasks that come up (shopping list, things to do, and things to clean)
  6. Lastly, use the self care section to track daily care habits like water intake and hygiene

Tips for sticking to a daily planning routine
