For the month of May we will be diving into embracing a life of rest and relaxation. May is also the month for Mothers! It is the month where we celebrate the women that have held us and celebrated us all our lives. We celebrate their selfless concern for our hearts and we find ways to show them just how much they mean to us.

Rest and relaxation is something that is often neglected in motherhood for many reasons. Sometimes its the idea that we don’t deserve to take a break. Other times its because we don’t have the time or the money to slow down!

All of these are false! We were created for a rhythm of work and rest! Just as important as the things we do for our families is what we do for ourselves to be our best selves! This month, enjoy these self-care resources for rest and relaxation.
